  • After you submit your inquiry form, I’ll reach out via email to set up a time for us to get on a free 15-minute consultation call. During this call, we’ll get a feel for each other and determine if we’re a good match for therapy. Like dating, finding the right therapist for you is key to a successful therapeutic relationship. If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your intake session and go from there.

  • It’s a lot of things! Therapy is challenging work. It’s supposed to be. There is profound beauty in working through our pain. I also work hard to make sure we find humor and laugh. Sometimes a lot. Other times there’s tears and moments of clarity as we sort through your stuff. My “style” is meeting you exactly where you’re at and journeying alongside you as you make your way back to YOU.

  • The first session is a New Client Intake (50 minutes) and is $175. After that, each therapy session is $150 (50 minutes). I do offer a few sliding scale spots on my schedule. Each sliding scale spot is secured for one year.

  • I do not accept insurance. I am an out of network for all insurance carriers. I can supply you with a superbill at the beginning of each month for the month prior. This superbill can be submitted to your insurance by you for potential reimbursement. I recommend reaching out to your carrier in advance to inquire about your out of network benefits.

    You are responsible to pay the full fee at time of service.

  • Currently, I only offer telehealth services. I can only see clients residing in Tennessee or Virginia due to licensure laws.
